System Structure
The DC power operation system consists of the following components:
1. AC Distribution Part: Composed of AC distribution units, responsible for the initial distribution of AC power.
2. Rectification Part: Includes charging modules and isolation diodes, which convert AC power to DC power.
3. DC Feed Part: Comprises voltage reduction silicon chains, insulation detection, circuit closing and control circuits, ensuring stable DC output.
4. Monitoring Part: Consists of monitoring modules and distribution monitoring systems for real-time monitoring and management of the entire system.
Working Principle
Under normal operating conditions, when AC input is stable, the system selects one of the two AC inputs via the AC switching control circuit and supplies power to the charging modules through the AC distribution unit. The charging modules convert three-phase AC power into 220V or 110V DC power, which is then isolated by isolation diodes and output in parallel, simultaneously charging the batteries and providing normal DC power to the load.
In the event of AC input failure or abnormal conditions, the charging modules automatically stop working, and the system switches to battery power to continue supplying the load via circuit closing and control circuits. Once AC input is restored, the charging modules will automatically resume charging the batteries.
