1.2 Prevention

1) The BSB system is installed to intelligently manage the charging of the battery itself and effectively prevent the overcharging of the battery.

2) Secondly, the BMS system provides the ambient temperature detection means, detects the ambient temperature in real time, and adjusts the charging strategy according to the ambient temperature, so that the temperature tolerance of the ordinary battery is increased from 30°C to 50°C, so there will be no expansion under 50°.

3) At the same time, the BMS system detects the temperature of the battery cell and, combined with the state of SOC, interrupts the charging process before the risk of thermal runaway occurs to prevent the occurrence of thermal runaway.

4) BMS system through the measurement and analysis of OCV, SOC, SOH, timely find out the backward monomer, and guide the operation and maintenance personnel to replace or repair the disposal, to avoid other batteries overcharge.

5) The charging equipment is equipped with temperature compensation function.
