In order to ensure the consistency of the ambient temperature, an incubator is used for precise temperature control, the battery charging and discharging equipment adopts the DigatronBTS-600 equipment, and the Agilent 34970A equipment is used to collect the temperature information of the battery.
When the above-mentioned battery is at an ambient temperature of 27°C, the temperature change curve of the battery during charging and discharging at a rate of 1C is shown in the figure below. From the figure, it can be seen that the battery is different during charging or discharging. The temperature curves of the sampling temperature points are almost the same, which also shows that the internal temperature distribution of the lithium-ion battery is relatively uniform at this rate, so the average temperature rise of several temperature measurement points can be used to calculate the calorific value.
