Ⅰ、Protection of high-frequency power module
1). High frequency power module AC input overvoltage, undervoltage, and overheating will cause charging module protection. Please confirm according to the fault code;
2). The cabinet is equipped with glass doors or is airtight, which may cause overheating protection of high-frequency modules;
3). If the ambient temperature in the computer room is too high, it will also cause the high-frequency module to overheat
Ⅱ、High frequency module failure
1). If the output voltage of the high-frequency module is too high or the IGBT is overcurrent, it will lead to module failure. It is required to disconnect the module from AC and restart it to restore normal operation of the module;
2). Unreasonable voltage adjustment may lead to module output overvoltage. In this case, it is necessary to turn off the power and adjust the voltage adjustment Potentiometer anticlockwise to the minimum (you can hear a slight click of the Potentiometer when you turn it to the minimum), and then reset the output voltage of the module.
Ⅲ、High frequency module uneven current
1). Failure to connect the current sharing line may result in uneven current distribution;
2). The current cannot be equalized between the control module and the closing module;
3). Disconnect the current sharing line and communication line, load the module, and measure the signal on the current sharing port of the module. The signal size should meet the requirement of i/I * 2V, where i is the actual output current of the charging module, and It is the rated output current of the module;
Ⅳ、High frequency module communication interruption
1). Incorrect address setting of the high-frequency module will cause communication interruption of the high-frequency module, and setting the same address for two different high-frequency modules will also cause communication interruption of the monitoring module;
2). Setting the type of high-frequency module (with and without step current limiting) will cause communication interruption in the monitoring module;
3). Poor or no connection of the ground wire of the high-frequency module may cause communication interruption of the high-frequency module;
4). When the high-frequency module is overloaded, communication interruption can be caused. If the grounding wire is good, it can be solved by adding a communication adapter;
5). Incorrect serial port number setting in the monitoring module will cause communication interruption in the high-frequency module;
6). The address of the high-frequency module should be set from 0, and the address should be set continuously
Ⅴ、High frequency module half load output
Some high-frequency modules have the function of phase loss and half load output protection. Please check the AC input voltage of the high-frequency module
Ⅵ、The high-frequency module voltage output cannot reach the set voltage
1). Overloading of the high-frequency module will lead to current limiting, making the output voltage of the high-frequency module unable to reach the set value;
2). An error in battery current detection will cause the high-frequency module to limit current and fail to reach the set output voltage value
