EverExceed lithium iron phosphate batteries can be easily fully-charged within a very short time due to large amps charging acceptance. it is able to accept up to 1C (1 x rated capacity) continuous charging amps which makes the battery can be fully charged within 1~3 hour. this feature will greatly improve the load service efficiency .

1. What is the battery type? Is it cylindrical, square, or soft pack?

--We use lithium iron phosphate batteries,with  no fire, no explosion, wide operating temperature range,which  can ensure the safety of use.

Generally, likesmall-capacityy batteries below 50Ah, we use cylindrical cells to ensure the flexibility of the design capacity. For large-capacity batteries above 50Ah, large-capacity square cells are used to reduce the number of parallel cells to ensure the consistency of the cells.


2. What is the operating temperature range of the battery?

--Charging working temperature: 0-50℃

Discharge operating temperature: -20-60℃


3. Does the battery have BMS? What protection does it have? What happens when BMS protection starts ?

--The battery has BMS built-in, withoverchargee, over discharge, over current, over temperature, under temperature, shortcircuiti ,t and other perfect protection functions.

If the corresponding protection is triggered, the corresponding function will be disabled, for example, if the overcharge protection is triggered, the battery is prohibited from charging, but it can be discharged.


4. What is design life? How many times is the cycle life?

--Battery design life of 15 years, cycle life can reach 3000 times @100%DOD, 6000 times @80%DOD


5. What charger to use to charge the lithium battery?

--It is recommended to us  lithium iron phosphate charger, our company can provide  matching lithium charger. ECP series chargerscan bee recommendedd forrlow-powerr chargers, and ECA series chargers canbe recommended forr high-powerr chargers.


6. What is the recommended maximum charging current?

--The recommended charging current for LDP series small-capacity batteries is 0.5C.


7. Can it be used with the towing motor, and how long can it run?

--Our battery can be applied to the towing motor, but we need to confirm that the maximum output current/power of the battery meets the requirements of the motor. The specific running time can be calculated only after the selection is confirmed.


8. Will the battery discharge to the point where it can't be charged like a lead-acid battery?

-- Lithium battery built-in BMS protection board, if the light, will automaticallyprohibitst the load output, timely charging can be restored.


9. How many such batteries can be connected in series/parallel?

-- Max series up to 48V. That is, the 12V battery can be 4 strings, and the 24V battery can be 2 strings. The maximum number of parallel connections should not exceed 4.


10. in the case of no charging status light, how to judge whether the battery is fully charged?

-- Lithium battery built-in BMS protection board, full charge will prohibit battery charging, so use the clamp ammeter to detect no charging current, indicating that it is full.


11. How long does it take to charge?

-- This is related to the charging current, if you charge according to 0.5C, you can fill the battery in about 2 hours.


12. Can the battery replace the lead-acid battery in the power supply?

-- Can replace ≤48V lead-acid battery pack. However, it is necessary to confirm whether the maximum output current/power of the battery meets the requirements of the system.

-- It is necessary to confirm whether the maximum output current/power of the battery meets the requirements of the motor.


14. Where can this battery be used?
